Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily unable to process returns.  

Exchanges are available for purchases that are postmarked within 20 day of the order date.  If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be UNOPENED, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging.  Only regular priced items may be exchanged.  All sale items are final sale.  

To start the exchange process, please email us at sales@thepawwagcompany.com with the subject line: "Online Exchange" for an exchange form.  Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the progress of the exchange.  

The Paw Wag Company is not responsible for any shipping fees.  No shipping fees will be reimbursed.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee receipt of exchanged items.
