Returns are available for purchases that are postmarked within 20 day of the order date. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition in which it was received, including original packaging. Only regular priced items may be returned. All sale items are final sale.
To start the return process, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: "Online Return" for a return form. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you of the progress of the return.
The Paw Wag Company is not responsible for return shipping fees. No shipping fees will be reimbursed. Please note that any discount codes used will be deducted from the value of the refund. If a free shipping code was used, the cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the value of the refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee receipt of returned items.
